FOUNDER & CEO
Autumn founded Precision Signing Agency in November 2021 with a clear vision: to raise the standard of excellence in the signing industry through personal relationships, operational precision, and unmatched client care.
Splitting her time between the U.S. and Portugal, she thrives on the unique opportunity to work across cultures while driving a business that never stops moving forward.
Before PSA, Autumn spent 15 years in the corporate world, most recently serving as a Director of Sales for a FORBES Top 100 Private Company. In 2020, she pivoted into the signing industry, personally closing more than 1,300 loans as a Loan Signing Agent—a foundation that gives her unique insight into what clients and notaries need most to succeed.
Her journey reflects both resilience and adaptability. A self-described American nomad, Autumn has moved 32 times across six states, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008.
At PSA, she brings the same tenacity, professionalism, and personal touch that fueled her success from the start. Above all, Autumn believes in building a service-first culture where excellence is the standard.
Autumn shares her adventures between business and family life with her husband, Trevor, and their two children, Vivian and Kipton.
Dishonesty, skirting around issues, close-minded individuals, time-wasting activities, serving other people's values, or waiting in lines.
Morning cuddles with her adorable children + handsome husband, her homemade oat milk chai latte, weight training or HIIT workout, and evening meditation to wind down before bed.
Honesty, direct communication, kindness, minimalism, mindfulness, an organized life and home, exploring the world, and people who fill her bucket.
Spending time with her sweet family, traveling, doing something active outside, playing pickleball, or baking (it's a form of meditation for Autumn).

My days start at 5 a.m. with my supplements, a workout, and the coffee + oatmeal
combo I look forward to every morning. I take some time in the afternoon for a walk, and
my evenings end with dinner and a good conversation with my boyfriend.
I’m not about ego, dishonesty, gaslighting, or people who refuse to take accountability for their actions. I don’t align with close-mindedness, carelessness, or a lack of respect for other people’s time and energy.
Listening to music, thrifting, exploring new plant-based restaurants or trying out recipes in the kitchen. I love spending time with my family and boyfriend, gathering with friends, moving my body in any way that feels good, and rewatching Gilmore Girls (probably for the hundredth time). I also spend an impressive amount of time adding skincare and haircare products to my cart, only to not buy them (most of the time).
I believe in empathy for everyone, doing things with purpose, and always giving my all, whether it’s in my work or how I show up for others. I value honesty, helping those around me, and trusting that things happen for a reason. I’m driven by intention and heart in everything I do.
